IDC is involved in all phases of the operational change effort:

  • Planning: prepare for the change process, including identifying the detailed scope of the program to migrate the firm from its prevailing situation to its desired position, scheduling, resource allocation, control mechanisms, reporting, and internal communication

  • Design: enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance by developing optimal solutions to improve productivity and quality. This is achieved through operations improvement (business process reengineering), more efficient organizational design, and more effective management systems.

  • Implementation: translate solutions into detailed action plans with task champions and execution timelines and completion targets. Since IDC begins planning for implementation from day one, implementation proceeds smoothly
